I. Principal Duties and Responsibilities
1. Transports RM
from delivery trucks to designated storage area
· from pile/storage area to pouring pit
· from pouring pit back to its original pile (for excess RMs at pouring area)
from weighing area to materials elevator (for pre weighed micro-materials)
from pile/storage area to delivery truck (for RM transfers)
2. Transports FG
- from bagging line to designated FG holding area
- from holding area to final storage area (for QC passed FGs)
- from storage area to delivery trucks
- from delivery trucks to storage area (for FG receipts from other SMFI facilities)
3. Assists warehouseman in proper loading and unloading of FG and RM
4. Assists shift supervisor in proper RM dosing
- Ensure proper handling of stocks (avoid ripping off its bags) to preserve its integrity and prevent material loss
- Use only clean and sound pallets for transport
- Ensure pallets are in good condition (no broken or protruding parts)
- Ensure RMs are piled on top of pallets at all times
- Ensure that piles are stable
- Strictly follow the FIFO system when withdrawing stocks from the RM warehouse
- Monitor and ensure that the days RM pouring schedule is being followed
- Ensure that at any given time, only the material to be poured is present in the pouring area (to prevent overcrowding and eventual cross mixing)
- Ensure prompt recovery of spillages during RM movements (loading and unloading)
· Observe good housekeeping at all times
1. FINISHED GOODS (FG)
- Ensure proper handling of stocks (avoid ripping off its bags) to preserve product integrity and prevent material loss
- Ensure FGs are piled on top of pallets at all times
- Use only clean and sound pallets for transport
- Ensure that FG piles are stable
- Ensure RM and FG piles have correct pile to wall and in between pile clearances
- Observe good housekeeping at all times
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php13,500.00 – Php16,000.00 per month
