Responsibilities:
Cleaner:
- Dining Area and Service Stations:
- Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and other dining area surfaces.
- Assist with clearing tables and resetting them for new guests.
- Restroom Maintenance:
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in restrooms, replenishing supplies as needed.
- Regularly monitor and clean public areas within the restaurant.
- General Cleaning:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks throughout the restaurant, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
- Support the team in maintaining overall cleanliness.
- Dishwashing and Kitchen Support:
- Ensure the cleanliness and availability of dishware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Assist kitchen staff in maintaining a smooth workflow.
- Waste Management:
- Properly dispose of kitchen waste and recycling materials.
- Keep waste disposal areas clean and organized.
