Warehouse Manager Jobs in Dubai. NEP Middle East is seeking an experienced and proactive Warehouse Manager / Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in Dubai. This role is ideal for a hands-on logistics professional with strong leadership skills and a keen eye for detail, supporting the smooth handling of high-value broadcast and event equipment in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse activities including equipment check-in/check-out and storage
- Ensure accurate scanning, recording, cleaning, and storage of all equipment
- Coordinate loading, unloading, packing, and shipping schedules
- Support preparation of equipment for live productions and events
Inventory & Asset Management
- Oversee inventory control, tagging, barcoding, and cycle counts
- Maintain accurate stock records using internal systems (e.g., HERO, ClearCo)
- Identify damaged or missing equipment and coordinate repairs or replacements
Team Supervision & Safety
- Supervise warehouse staff, drivers, and freelancers as required
- Schedule shifts and allocate daily tasks efficiently
- Enforce safety procedures, housekeeping, and operational standards
- Provide hands-on guidance and technical packing support
Cross-Department Collaboration
- Work closely with operations, engineering, and production teams
- Ensure equipment availability and readiness for events
- Support last-minute equipment requests and urgent operational needs
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain dispatch notes, delivery records, and internal documentation
- Provide weekly reports on inventory status, issues, and recommendations
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations
- Experience in broadcast, events, or production industries is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of warehouse workflows and inventory systems
- Good command of English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse tracking tools
- Valid UAE driving license preferred (forklift license is a bonus)
- Physically fit and able to assist with manual handling when required
