Key Responsibilities
- Provide attentive and compassionate care for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children
- Follow established feeding, sleeping, hygiene, and daily routines
- Support early learning through age-appropriate activities and play
- Ensure children’s health, safety, and well-being at all times
- Observe and monitor developmental milestones and daily behavior
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding the child’s needs and progress
- Perform light housekeeping tasks related to childcare, including tidying play areas and children’s laundry
Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or equivalent caregiving certification
- Proven experience caring for newborns, toddlers, or young children
- Basic understanding of child development, safety, and hygiene practices
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required
- Organized, responsible, and reliable
- First Aid and CPR certification is an advantage
