Key Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality meals at a professional restaurant or hotel standard
- Plan menus according to household preferences and dietary requirements
- Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with hygiene and food safety standards
- Manage kitchen cleanliness, organization, and food storage
- Source ingredients and manage basic kitchen supplies when required
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while working in a private home
- Follow instructions and schedules as agreed with the household
Requirements
- Muslim Chef (as per household requirement)
- Proven experience as a professional chef in a restaurant or hotel environment
- Ability to work independently in a private home setting
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
