Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the design, review, and approval of civil engineering scope for EPC and maintenance projects
- Review and manage civil engineering deliverables, including datasheets, specifications, drawings, P&IDs, material requisitions, and technical reports
- Ensure all civil works comply with project specifications, international codes, standards, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support effective project execution
- Prepare, review, and update civil engineering drawings using AutoCAD
- Participate in all phases of EPC projects, including FEED, detailed engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and maintenance
- Provide engineering clarifications, site coordination, and technical support during construction activities
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and technical innovation within projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in EPC and maintenance projects, preferably in Oil & Gas or industrial environments
- Strong knowledge of international engineering codes, standards, and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and civil design documentation
- Ability to work in challenging site conditions and adapt to rotating or extended shifts

- Strong coordination and communication skills across QA/QC, HSE, construction, and project management teams
- Sound understanding of HSE practices and procedures
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure
