Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning orchard areas, including walkways, storage sheds, and workstations.
- Collecting and disposing of rubbish from bins and designated waste areas.
- Cleaning and washing equipment, bins, trays, and tools used in orchard work.
- Cleaning staff facilities such as lunchrooms, toilets, and portable units.
- Maintaining cleanliness around packing, loading, and storage areas.
- Following farm hygiene standards and workplace health and safety procedures.
Requirements:
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in different weather conditions.
- Ability to perform manual cleaning tasks such as sweeping, washing, and lifting.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
- Willing to work flexible hours during busy orchard periods.
