Key Responsibilities
- Provide efficient, courteous, and prompt front desk services to ensure high guest satisfaction
- Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and personally greet them by name whenever possible
- Manage smooth check-in and check-out processes using computerized front office systems
- Maintain accurate guest records, reservations, and billing information
- Handle cashiering duties, including incidental charges, in compliance with front desk standards
- Escort guests to rooms when required and provide in-room and hotel familiarization
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns
- Stay informed about hotel services, promotions, events, and local attractions
- Monitor daily room rates and occupancy levels to support front office operations
- Collaborate with other departments to meet and exceed guest expectations
- Protect guest privacy and confidentiality at all times
- Adhere to hotel policies, procedures, and service standards
- Follow environmental, health, and safety regulations and company guidelines
Requirements
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related education is an advantage
