Key Responsibilities

  • Provide efficient, courteous, and prompt front desk services to ensure high guest satisfaction
  • Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and personally greet them by name whenever possible
  • Manage smooth check-in and check-out processes using computerized front office systems
  • Maintain accurate guest records, reservations, and billing information
  • Handle cashiering duties, including incidental charges, in compliance with front desk standards
  • Escort guests to rooms when required and provide in-room and hotel familiarization
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns
  • Stay informed about hotel services, promotions, events, and local attractions
  • Monitor daily room rates and occupancy levels to support front office operations
  • Collaborate with other departments to meet and exceed guest expectations

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role preferred
