Responsibilities
- Report for duty on time in proper uniform and attend daily briefings
- Clean assigned guest rooms thoroughly, ensuring all hotel standards are met
- Replenish linens, amenities, and guest supplies as required
- Handle and arrange guest belongings with care and professionalism
- Inspect rooms, furniture, and fixtures and report damages or missing items
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries
- Coordinate with valet services for laundry, dry cleaning, and pressing
- Perform special cleaning tasks according to daily, weekly, and monthly schedules
- Clean corridors, staircases, windows, pantries, and public areas when assigned
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping equipment and pantries
- Restock trolleys and pantries for upcoming shifts
- Follow health, safety, and environmental procedures at all times
- Report maintenance issues immediately and ensure faulty rooms are not released
- Assist in laundry, runner duties, or public area cleaning as assigned
- Participate actively in training sessions and preventive maintenance programs
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Room Attendant or Housekeeping Attendant in a hotel
- Knowledge of housekeeping operational procedures and standards
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
