Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily housekeeping and operational staff deployment across assigned locations
- Ensure staff accountability, attendance tracking, and performance monitoring
- Coordinate and supervise teams at client sites to ensure service expectations are met
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Manage staff documents, records, and related administrative tasks
- Schedule and confirm appointments as required
- Handle office errands and support operational requirements
- Promote teamwork, flexibility, and a positive working environment
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping, technical services, or facility management
- Knowledge of technical services operations
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong data-handling and record-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Flexibility to work various shifts when required
- Candidates must hold their own valid visa
