Key ResponsibilitiesLabourers are responsible for a variety of tasks that support daily operations, including:
- Site Preparation and Maintenance: Cleaning and preparing work sites, removing debris, and ensuring a safe environment for all workers.
- Material Handling: Loading, unloading, moving, and securing tools, equipment, and raw materials.
- Following Instructions: Implementing construction plans, following supervisors’ directions, and adhering to safety protocols.
- Specialized Tasks: Occasionally handling hazardous materials or performing tasks requiring on-the-job training.
- Working experience in Household items and hypermarket
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform strenuous tasks, lift heavy loads (often 50 pounds or more), and work in all weather conditions.
