Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing materials
- Verify deliveries against invoices and prepare stock reports
- Maintain inventory using Microsoft Dynamics ERP
- Handle barcode systems and material coding
- Ensure proper storage per OEM guidelines
- Supervise warehouse staff and monitor loading/unloading
- Maintain warehouse safety standards and CCTV monitoring
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years Store Keeper experience in Qatar
- Strong knowledge of MEP & Oil & Gas materials
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics ERP
- Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain (Bachelor’s preferred)
- Valid QID and NOC (locally available in Qatar)
- Willing to work rotational shifts

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Store Keeper with 5 years of Qatar experience to manage warehouse operations and inventory control for MEP, Mechanical, Instrumentation, HVAC, and Oil & Gas materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing materials efficiently
- Verify materials against delivery notes and invoices
- Prepare delivery notes and stock reports
- Conduct material segregation and inspection upon receipt
- Maintain accurate inventory records using Microsoft Dynamics ERP
- Manage barcode systems and material coding
- Ensure proper storage as per OEM recommendations
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
- Supervise warehouse helpers and drivers
- Monitor loading and unloading activities
- Maintain warehouse safety standards, racking systems, and CCTV monitoring
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Qatar as Store Keeper
- Strong knowledge of MEP, Mechanical, Instrumentation, HVAC & Oil and Gas materials
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics ERP
- Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain or equivalent qualification
- Good reporting and documentation skills
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Ready to work in rotational shifts
- Locally available in Qatar with valid QID and NOC
