A company in Qatar is hiring a Full-Time Store Keeper with strong warehouse and inventory management experience, particularly in MEP, Mechanical, Instrumentation, HVAC, and Oil & Gas materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing materials
  • Verify deliveries against invoices and prepare stock reports
  • Maintain inventory using Microsoft Dynamics ERP
  • Handle barcode systems and material coding
  • Ensure proper storage per OEM guidelines
  • Supervise warehouse staff and monitor loading/unloading
  • Maintain warehouse safety standards and CCTV monitoring

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years Store Keeper experience in Qatar
  • Strong knowledge of MEP & Oil & Gas materials
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics ERP
  • Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain (Bachelor’s preferred)
  • Valid QID and NOC (locally available in Qatar)
  • Willing to work rotational shifts

Store Keeper

Location: Qatar
Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Store Keeper with 5 years of Qatar experience to manage warehouse operations and inventory control for MEP, Mechanical, Instrumentation, HVAC, and Oil & Gas materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing materials efficiently
  • Verify materials against delivery notes and invoices
  • Prepare delivery notes and stock reports
  • Conduct material segregation and inspection upon receipt
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using Microsoft Dynamics ERP
  • Manage barcode systems and material coding
  • Ensure proper storage as per OEM recommendations
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
  • Supervise warehouse helpers and drivers
  • Monitor loading and unloading activities
  • Maintain warehouse safety standards, racking systems, and CCTV monitoring

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Qatar as Store Keeper
  • Strong knowledge of MEP, Mechanical, Instrumentation, HVAC & Oil and Gas materials
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics ERP
  • Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain or equivalent qualification
  • Good reporting and documentation skills
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Ready to work in rotational shifts
  • Locally available in Qatar with valid QID and NOC

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain Management
