Warehouse Manager Jobs in Dubai. NEP Middle East is seeking an experienced and organized Warehouse Manager / Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations in Dubai. This full-time role is critical to ensuring the efficient, accurate, and safe handling of broadcast equipment that supports high-profile live events and productions across the region.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including equipment check-in/check-out, storage, and preparation for live projects
- Ensure all incoming and outgoing equipment is scanned, recorded, cleaned, and stored correctly
- Coordinate packing, loading/unloading, and shipment schedules with internal teams and logistics providers
Inventory & Asset Management
- Oversee inventory control processes such as tagging, barcode scanning, and cycle counts
- Maintain accurate stock records using internal systems (e.g., HERO, ClearCo, or similar tools)
- Identify damaged or missing equipment and coordinate repairs or replacements
Team Supervision & Safety
- Supervise, schedule, and support warehouse assistants, drivers, and freelancers as required
- Enforce safety regulations, cleanliness standards, and best practices
- Provide hands-on guidance for equipment handling and technical packing
Cross-Department Collaboration
- Work closely with operations, engineering, and production teams to ensure equipment readiness
- Support last-minute equipment requests and on-site operational needs
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate documentation for dispatch notes, delivery records, and equipment transfers
- Prepare weekly reports on inventory status, operational issues, and improvement recommendations
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations
- Experience in broadcast, media, or live events industries is a strong advantage
- Strong understanding of warehouse workflows and inventory management systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse tracking tools
- Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage
- Valid UAE driving license preferred (forklift license is a plus)
- Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks when required
