The job is for a Sous-Chef / Meat Chef in a restaurant who supervises kitchen staff and prepares a variety of specialty foods.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook meals and specialty dishes.
  • Plan menus and ensure food quality standards.
  • Supervise 5–10 kitchen staff
  • Train staff in food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
  • Manage food inventory, costs, and kitchen supplies.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma.
  • Cook Trade Certification and Safe Food Handling certificate.
  • 1–2 years of cooking experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.

Work Details:
