The Position
- Clearing tables
- Loading and unloading service trolleys – glassware, cutlery, plates and crockery
- Clean all public areas and back-of-house areas
- Clean and maintain washrooms, toilets and showers.
- Wash dishes and glassware
- Carry out programmed / regular cleaning duties as allocated
- Understand the correct usage and storage of cleaning agents in line with health and safety regulations and manufacturer’s instructions
