Housekeeping Attendant- Duties
- Clean and maintain rooms, corridors, washrooms, and public areas.
- Change bed linens, towels, and cleaning supplies.
- Ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards are maintained.
- Dispose of waste and keep areas tidy.
- Report maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor.
Gardener – Duties
- Maintain gardens, lawns, and outdoor plants.
- Water plants, trim hedges, and mow lawns.
- Plant flowers, trees, and shrubs.
- Remove weeds, dry leaves, and garden waste.
- Monitor plant health and apply fertilizers or pest control.
- Perform electrical, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance tasks.
- Repair lighting, switches, sockets, pipes, and fixtures.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Handle minor carpentry, painting, and general repairs.
- Respond to maintenance requests and work orders.
- Ensure safety standards and proper use of tools.
- Report major faults and maintenance issues to supervisors.
